Hi Vic,   Thanks this looks really good, just a few things that I need fixing: On page 2, paragraph 2, in the end the sentence is not completed "…, or what particular subject matter invests the" (Surber, 1998) Also, there are 5 dimensions, but you spoke only about 4, you forgot 1 of them. There is no references at all for the 2 paragraphs (Limitations on the studies of GLOBE and Hofstede and How the studies would be done differently).
