Hi Vic and my writer, Thanks a lot for your good job of case study analysis. All contents are well organised and veryy clear point. However, it has a small thing that need to be amended about reference. As in brief, I need to use reference as Harvard reference style and I understand that it should be (surname,year page) in body copy.. isn't it ? and also reference list must be in follow Harvard style .... if I'm wrong , please kindly recommend.   Look forward to hearing from you.   H.
