You finish around 3900 words, it's too long because due to word limit is only 3000 words. I know you ask me to trim it down by myself but if you could do me a favor again, i'll appreciate it a lot. You are writer so you better know how you should trim it down. Therefore, Could you please trim it down to 3000 words? For executive summary is  perfect, only word limit is   overlimit    well,  you have time     to do it,  don't worry about due date, you still resend me until next monday (9 June ).
